Office and Warehouse Assistant - Full-Time

Oh Hello Clothing are now recruiting for 1 x full time role within our team at our Collooney warehouse and offices.

If you are a strong team player, have a passion for fashion and strive to provide customers with the best possible online shopping experience, then we want to hear from you.

This dynamic role will give prospective candidates the chance to play an important role in a busy team at one of Ireland's leading online ladies fashion stores.

Experience in the fashion industry / boutique experience is an advantage but definitely not a necessity.

  • Goods in / out
  • Processing customer returns
  • Quality control of all returns received
  • Processing refunds
  • Packing and processing of orders
  • Working within a team to ensure dispatch is running efficiently.
  • Processing orders following process from beginning to endPrepping apparel for photoshoots

Please note that this role can be physically challenging and will involve some lifting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €13.00-€15.00 per hour

RETURNS ADMINISTRATOR & WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT - PART TIME

Oh Hello Clothing are now recruiting for a Part-Time Warehouse Assistant within our team at our Collooney warehouse and offices.

Total: 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Processing customer returns
  • Quality control of all returns received
  • Processing refunds
  • Packing and processing of orders
  • Working within a team to ensure dispatch is running efficiently.
  • Processing orders following process from beginning to end
  • Goods in / out

Requirements

  • Experience working as part of a team In a fast pace environment .
  • Experience working in a physically demanding environment
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills is essential
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Manual Handling knowledge or experience is desirable
  • Excellent timekeeping
  • Experience in full stock takes.
