Why We Limit Orders to 5 Items

(It's All About Fairness, Sustainability & Great Service!)

We totally get it—you want options! Maybe you're choosing between colours, sizes, or styles. That’s why we allow up to 5 items per order.

But here’s the thing: when large orders go out, those items can be held up for up to 28 days if returned. That means other customers miss out on our fab pieces while they’re stuck in return limbo.

From a sustainability perspective, larger orders also mean more packaging, heavier shipments, and a bigger carbon footprint. Not to mention, our amazing team checks and repackages every returned item by hand—so it’s a big ask!

Refusing delivery / not collecting from the depot:
