Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
  • Ireland: 1–2 working days
  • United Kingdom: 3–5 working days

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Where do you ship from?

We're proudly based in Ireland, and all Irish and International orders are shipped
from our Irish warehouse. UK orders are shipped from the UK, so no nasty customs
fees apply!

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship with trusted carriers including DPD Ireland, UPS, Royal Mail, An Post,
and DHL Express.


All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll
receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the
way.

Can I change my delivery address?

We’ll do our best to help! If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, please email us.

Order Queries

I haven’t received my order confirmation—what should I do?

First, please check your spam or junk folder, just in case it landed there. Also, double-check that the email address you entered during checkout is
correct.


If you still haven’t received your confirmation after a few hours, feel free to reach out to us at info@ohelloclothing.com, and we’ll be happy to help!

I entered the wrong email address on my order—can I fix it?

No problem! Just reach out to us at info@ohelloclothing.com, and we’ll get it updated for you.


Be sure to include your full name and order number (if you have it), so we can
locate your order quickly.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Our team works hard to dispatch orders quickly, and they may already be in progress at our warehouse.

I received a faulty/damaged / incorrect item.

We're really sorry about that! Please email info@ohelloclothing.com within 24 hours
of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll
resolve it as quickly as possible.

An item is missing from my order.

The item may be out of stock. Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) to see if we’ve contacted you about it.

If you haven’t received an update, reach out to info@ohelloclothing.com within 24
hours of delivery, and we’ll look into it for you.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We hope you love your order, but if you need to return something, we offer a
straightforward 28-day return policy.
You have:


14 days to notify us of your return, and
An additional 14 days for it to reach us.


This period starts from the date your order is delivered to your chosen address.
Please note: Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

Have you received my return?

Due to the high volume of sales and returns processed daily, we do not currently notify you immediately when your return arrives at our warehouse, please check your tracking information.


You’ll receive an email once your return has been processed, and your refund
issued.

I forgot to include my original packing slip in my return.

No worries! Just contact our team at info@ohelloclothing.com with your order details, and we’ll assist you further.

My refund amount is incorrect—what should I do?

We’re sorry if there’s been an issue with your refund.


Before contacting us, please consider the following common factors that may affect your refund amount:


Original delivery fees are non-refundable


Discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase will reduce the
total refunded


If your refund still seems incorrect, please reach out to our team at
returns@ohelloclothing.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.

Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?

Yes! You can return multiple orders together. Just be sure to include the original

packing slips for each order so our returns team can process them accurately and
quickly.

Are delivery fees refundable?

We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our
part.

Can I return my items if my order is outside the returns timeframe?

We’re unable to accept returns past the allowed return window. If you’ve experienced a delay or issue returning your item, please contact us at
returns@ohelloclothing.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I exchange my item for another size or colour?

We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please
return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Are there any charges for my return?

If your order includes 6 or more items and all items are returned, a restocking/repackaging fee of €5 per item will be deducted from your refund.

When will an item be restocked?

We restock popular styles regularly. To be the first to know when an item is back in
stock, simply click the “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE” button on the product
page and sign up for a restock alert.

Is my payment data safe with you?

Yes — your payment security is extremely important to us.

All transactions are processed through secure gateways that comply with PCI-DSS
(Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), a set of safety standards
